Avaya one-X Mobile Avaya one-X Mobile builds on the functionality of Extension to Cellular by providing a family of mobile clients designed to further enhance the productivity of enterprise mobile workers. The family of Avaya one-X Mobile clients provides an intuitive graphical user interface to provide quick access to office phone functionality. The clients support all major mobile operating systems (iPhone, Java, Palm, RIM, Symbian, Windows Mobile 5 and Windows Mobile 6) and devices ranging from high end smart phones such as the Apple iPhone to lower end feature phones providing support for most enterprise environments, independent of the mobile devices deployed or wireless networks used.

Avaya one-X™ Speech lets mobile, remote and office workers easily access important communications tools and information via any telephone using simple and intuitive speech commands. Avaya one-X™ Speech is designed to recognize and carry out speech commands. Avaya one-X Speech customers can use any telephone and, via speech commands gain access to calling and conferencing capabilities; voice, fax and email messages; enterprise directories and databases for contacts; and productivity tools such as calendars, contacts and tasks lists. Users can set personal contact rules to make more efficient use of their time – all via speech commands from any telephone.

Avaya Branch Solutions: For businesses with multiple branch locations—like retail chains or financial-services organizations—Avaya can help streamline operations, cut costs, and leverage both employees and infrastructures. Avaya provides branches with access to critical enterprise voice communications and applications. Avaya Branch Solutions support branches/stores with greater overall efficiency and effectiveness by providing access to critical enterprise voice communications and application integrations. Avaya Aura editions offer a range of branch solutions, enabling businesses to easily address every type of enterprise office need and integrate to the Avaya Aura core. Avaya Home Agent lets contact center agents work from home, remote offices, or anyplace with an Internet connection. It supports both flexible work arrangements and virtual contact centers, giving businesses maximum freedom in the way they recruit and deploy their agents.

The solution consists of an Avaya one-X Agent® or IP Agent softphone at the employee’s desktop, driven by Call Center software running on the Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager system. When connected this way, home agents appear transparently to reporting software, wallboards, workforce management software, and other performance solutions.

Avaya Mobility: For highly mobile employees—like salespeople, executives, and service consultants—success depends on their ability to communicate with colleagues and customers, quickly, reliably, and cost-effectively. Avaya provides the tools employees need to stay available and productive, no matter where they go.
